In their own words
Jasmine Teo
Founder, Tanjong Pagar Wellness
We had tried two different AI tools before speaking to Bintang Works and neither stuck. The orientation session helped me understand that we'd been trying to solve the wrong problem. The opportunity map they produced was the first document I'd read in months that actually described my clinic.

Rajan Nair
Director, Apex Bookkeeping Services
The Connected Tools Setup was done on time and the team walkthrough was genuinely useful — my staff asked questions I hadn't thought to ask. The two-week follow-up caught a small issue with how one connector was handling attachments. I'd have missed it without that check-in period.

Lena Huang
Owner, Studio Lena Interiors
The retainer has changed how I think about my tools. Instead of worrying whether something is still working, I get a short summary each quarter that tells me exactly what changed and why. Siew Yee is easy to reach and never makes me feel like I should already know something.

Kevin Wong
Co-founder, Weld & Grain Café
I came in expecting to hear about AI that would transform the business. Instead I got a very honest session that identified exactly one thing worth changing, and they helped us change it properly. The scope was smaller than I'd imagined but the result was actually useful.

Preethi Muthu
Practice Manager, Clarke Quay Dental
We have patient data to be careful with, and Bintang Works were serious about that from the first conversation. Every recommendation they made came with a clear note on the data implications. That care was as important to us as the technical outcome.

Samuel Boon
Owner, Boon's Print & Copy
I was half expecting to be told I needed to spend a lot more money. The orientation gave me a list of three things to consider, and two of them were free tools I hadn't been using properly. That kind of honest advice is hard to find.

A boutique physiotherapy clinic in Orchard
CHALLENGE
Patient appointment data was sitting in one system, invoices in another, and follow-up messages were written manually each day. Staff were spending about 40 minutes per day on administrative tasks that felt like they should happen automatically.
WHAT WE DID
We connected the booking system to the invoicing software via a light connector and set up a simple assistant that drafted follow-up messages based on appointment type. A walkthrough session covered both front-desk staff and the lead physiotherapist.
RESULT
Administrative time reduced to approximately 10 minutes per day within the first three weeks. No patient data was moved outside the existing systems. The practice manager described the change as "the first thing in two years that actually stuck."
"I had no idea the tools we already paid for could work together like that. The diagram they gave us is still on the wall by the desk."
A small creative agency in Tiong Bahru
CHALLENGE
The agency had set up an AI writing assistant after a Connected Tools engagement, but over six months it had drifted out of alignment with how the team worked. The tool was still running but producing less useful output than when it started.
WHAT WE DID
Under the retainer, we reviewed the assistant's configuration against the team's current briefs, refined the guidance it was given, and adjusted the integration points. Two follow-up adjustments were made over the next three months as the agency took on new work types.
RESULT
The assistant is now producing first-draft material that the team rates as a useful starting point roughly 70% of the time. The quarterly summary helped the creative director communicate the setup's value to the agency's partners in plain, non-technical terms.
"Having someone who just keeps an eye on it without me having to manage them has freed up a surprising amount of mental space."
